Monarch is a family‑owned, owner‑managed company that values its employees. We are seeking a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Village Quarter Apartments in Terre Haute, Indiana.

• Assist with work orders and apartment turns; responsibilities are shared with the head technician on site.
• Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate schedules.
• Help manage administrative tasks related to maintenance operations.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift. On‑call week every five weeks. Full‑time, year‑round schedule with overtime potential.

• 2+ years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, or general construction.
• Previous management or leadership experience in a maintenance setting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform basic job duties; physical demonstration required during interview.

• $27.00–$30.00 per hour.
• Up to $4,000 per year in quarterly bonuses.
• On‑call bonus structure, up to $1,000 annually.
