Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator

CF Industries is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator to support our technology-driven facilities and infrastructure. In this role, you will plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical systems that power our IT environments, including HVAC, power, and environmental controls. You will coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors to minimize downtime, maintain CMMS records, and drive reliability improvements. Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance for data center and facility infrastructure
• Monitor performance of HVAC, power, and mechanical systems supporting IT operations
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and asset records in CMMS tools
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, and vendors to minimize downtime during maintenance activities
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for mechanical and environmental incidents
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement for critical components
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of mechanical equipment
• Analyze maintenance data to improve reliability and optimize maintenance strategies
• Prepare reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and uptime metrics
