Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, General Labor
As a residential Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s multifamily property operating and appearing at its best. With three-plus years of experience in property maintenance—whether in a residential or hospitality setting—you address work orders before issues become major problems. You perform light carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and work on HVAC systems.
Your goal is to positively impact people’s lives by proactively maintaining routine upkeep and the general cleanliness of the property, including resident amenities such as the pool and clubhouse.
You will work full‑time Monday through Friday. Maintenance emergencies can happen at any time, so the role requires occasional on‑call hours as scheduled by the Property Management team.
You’ll receive tools and supplies to complete most work orders, but you must keep your own toolkit. You may need to use a company‑owned vehicle (or your own) to move around the property or pick up supplies off‑site, so a valid driver’s license is required.
We offer many benefits to meet your needs, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance options. The company provides auto‑enrollment in its 401(k) plan after 60 days of employment. New employees accrue 40 vacation hours in the first year and earn paid sick leave per state requirements. Eligible employees also receive holiday pay (if working) or paid holidays (if scheduled off) for six holidays each year.
