We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at two automotive dealership locations, Blake Fulenwider Dodge, and Blake Fulenwider Chevy in Eastland, Tx. The custodian will split their workday between both stores, which are conveniently located within five minutes of each other.
This role is essential to creating a positive experience for our customers and employees by ensuring all areas, especially customer-facing spaces, are consistently clean and well maintained.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cleaning of the entire facility at both dealership locations
Ensure showrooms are cleaned daily, including floors, glass, restrooms, and high-visibility areas
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas daily
Empty trash and recycling, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards
Perform rotational cleaning tasks for specific areas (such as offices, storage rooms, or less frequently used spaces) according to an established schedule
Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively between two locations
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable transportation to travel between locations
