Maintain and provide a safe and attractive ground environment for the district athletic facilities. Prepare athletic fields for games.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Texas Driver's License
Minimum of 2 years in grounds or custodial maintenance.
Special Knowledge/Skills- Self‑motivated ability to read and understand written instructions.
- Verbal communication skills.
- Operation of tractor and landscaping equipment.
- Operation of riding power mower, power tools, hand tools, and paint sprayer.
- General building maintenance.
- Fieldhouse maintenance (light plumbing, lights/electrical).
- HVAC.
- Light grounds equipment maintenance.
- Power washing.
- Painting.
- Parking lot/road maintenance.
The District contributes $330 monthly to the cost of the employee‑only health insurance, which is $105 monthly greater than the state required amount of $225 monthly. All employees in this position receive free access to any Next Level Urgent Care.
