Professional Cleaner

Responsibilities:

• Work with staff to clean buildings by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
• Monitor building’s security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure hazards are not created.
• Properly use cleaning solutions and chemicals to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Use approved cleaning solutions with proper PPE as required and follow SDS.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using proper cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dust furniture and scrub surfaces.
• Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
• Arrive on time for the shift as scheduled and complete all work in the allotted time.
• Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well‑maintained.
• Cross‑train employees on other duties or areas.
• Maintain relationship with Facilities Manager/Client.

• Limpiar los edificios vaciando la basura.
• Aspiran, barriendo, trapeando y limpiando las superficies según lo asignado.
• Supervisar la seguridad del edificio cerrando las puertas después del horario de funcionamiento y verificando el uso de aparatos eléctricos para garantizar que no se creen peligros.
• Utilizar adecuadamente soluciones de limpieza y productos químicos para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
• Utilizar soluciones de limpieza aprobadas con el PPE adecuado según sea necesario y debe seguir la SDS.
• Limpie ventanas, mamparas de vidrio y espejos utilizando limpiadores, esponjas y escobillas de goma adecuados.
• Quite el polvo de los muebles y frote la superficie para limpiarlos.
• Limpiar y dar servicio a los baños con trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
• Llegue a tiempo al turno programado y complete todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
• Identifique e informe las reparaciones necesarias en los equipos para garantizar que estén en buen mantenimiento.
• Capacitación cruzada en otras tareas o áreas asignadas por el supervisor.

Qualifications:

Self‑motivated, self‑starter who can plan, prioritize, and take initiative on the job. A high degree of responsibility and readiness to start working are required.

Background checks and onsite drug test will be conducted.

Starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Weekdays, Monday – Friday.
