Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day maintenance functions of assigned personnel;
Assist the Administrator in setting maintenance standards;
Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing maintenance assignments in resident living and/or recreational areas;
Make sure that all maintenance personnel follow established policies governing the use of labels and MSDSs;
Make sure that appropriate personal protective equipment used in the handling of infectious materials is available and easily accessible to maintenance personnel
