Equity Lifestyle Properties - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance duties including HVAC repairs and adjustments, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, appliance repair and more;
Work with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure community meets quality maintenance standards;
Maintain a clean, safe and appealing property; attend morning staff meetings; communicate with management and staff on maintenance projects;
Mow, weed, and edge common areas and vacant lot grounds; maintain grounds and irrigation systems;
Move heavy objects and may drive maintenance trucks; monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies
