Floor Technician

Floor Care Technician at Marsden South

Location:

Westlake, Texas

Compensation: $19.35 per hour

Schedule:

Sunday‑to‑Thursday and some weekends as needed; 5:00 pm to 1:30 am. Full‑time, 40 hours a week.

• Perform scheduled floor care, including area preparation, scrubbing, buffing, stripping, refinishing, waxing, shampooing, and deep carpet extraction.
• Complete other projects such as polishing tiles, vinyl, and wood floors.
• Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations.
• Ensure surfaces are safe by setting up wet‑floor signs, applying non‑slip treatments, and adhering to OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must have work authorization.
• Have at least one year of floor care experience in a janitorial setting.
• A criminal background check is required.
