Position:
Custodian
Compensation:
Pay Grade 1 – Minimum $19,943.00, Maximum $26,972.00 ($11.18/hr – $15.12/hr). Minimum Duty Days: 223.
Start Date:
Workday Schedule.
Provide daily cleaning and upkeep of campus facilities to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable school environment.
Qualifications and Responsibilities- Ability to read and understand cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and harmoniously with administrators and other staff
- Treat all people with dignity and respect
- Operate cleaning equipment, power tools, and hand tools
- Communicate effectively
- Follow and convey verbal and written instructions
- Schedule and organize custodial and maintenance work
- Take initiative in responding to custodial problems before they persist
- Work as a member of a team
