Custodial Supervisor – Royal ISD

Kings Clean is seeking a dependable and motivated Custodial Supervisor to support daily custodial operations at Royal ISD. This position will supervise staff, assist with quality control, and help ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.

  Royal ISD – Brookshire, TX
• Schedule:
  
  Primarily Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Job Summary The Custodial Supervisor will work closely with management to oversee daily operations, support custodial staff, monitor cleaning quality, and assist with operational needs. While this position is primarily assigned to the evening shift, occasional morning assignments may be required based on district needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support custodial staff
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Assist with inventory and supply monitoring
• Report maintenance and operational concerns
• Help maintain a safe and productive work environment
• Support daily custodial operations as directed by management

Requirements

• Custodial experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work
• Must pass a background check and fingerprint screening
