As a Coordinator of Maintenance, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance tasks carried out in the Viva workshop to ensure they are performed efficiently, complying with the standards established by the national and international aeronautical authority, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the availability of materials and tools during the activities executed by the technical staff.
Main Functions:
- Ensure the distribution of personnel with the necessary skills in each shift or work group.
- Verify the correct coverage of work hours efficiently, seeking efficient coverage of work shifts.
- Establish changes in control and improvement of areas of opportunity in the internal area or processes to maintain low risk levels.
- Verify the compliance of processes and rules in the area.
- Maintain a healthy NPS state among employees through open communication.
- Implement updates to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Aeronautics or related field.
- Extensive knowledge in the area of work.
- 5 years of experience as an aircraft maintenance technician.
- Hold a maintenance technician license issued by AFAC.
- Handling of maintenance manuals.
- Management of maintenance tasks.
- Periodic technical training courses.
