Maintenance Supervisor - Aesthetics - 2nd shift

Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Training Center, Westlake, TX 76262

Full Time – 2nd Shift

Hourly Rate: $26.50

Supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of all aesthetic maintenance tasks throughout the hotel.

• Complete maintenance requests submitted by guests or employees for general maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on aesthetic finishes throughout the hotel.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring the team works efficiently and produces high-quality results.
• Conduct inspections of work performed and provide feedback to technicians.
• Assist with training, motivating, and supporting maintenance technicians.
• Manage performance of maintenance technicians, providing both positive and corrective feedback and recommending coaching or disciplinary actions.
• Ensure correct use of office equipment, EMS systems, and Life Safety Systems.

• Vocational or technical training is preferred.
• Two years’ experience in maintenance in hotels, hospitals, buildings, apartments, or other similar industries required.
• One year of experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams is desirable.
• Experience with a Service Ticketing system is preferred;
  HotSOS experience is desirable.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record; must be 21+ years old due to vehicle insurance requirements.
