C&W Services - - Responsibilities:
Daily interior cleaning of the building including emptying waste receptacles, debris and trash removal, vacuuming/shampooing floors and carpets, dusting and cleaning furniture, cleaning and restocking restrooms, washing walls and windows, polishing and mopping floors, and cleaning up spills as directed by a supervisor;
May perform exterior cleaning and basic maintenance such as cleaning exterior walls and windows, parking lots, walkways, gardens, and other exterior areas;
Assist with minor maintenance tasks (e.g., light bulb replacement, simple plumbing) as needed;
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning agents and equipment properly;
Report spills, hazards, or maintenance issues to management promptly
