To support our development, we are recruiting a Technicien de Maintenance Multitechnique F/H based in Vélizy-Villacoublay (78).

Your daily missions

In this role, your main duties will be to:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance operations on air conditioning units, CTA, fan coil units, extracters, EC radiators and their accessories,
• Diagnose the source of malfunctions, organize interventions, and accompany subcontractors,
• Manage your activity with our CMMS tool and provide written reports on interventions,
• Detect, propose technical improvements and ensure associated work,
• Be a key and permanent contact with the client,
• Ensure the application of safety guidelines and risk prevention.

You are immediately operational.

Profile sought

• Technically trained, BTS FED or equivalent, you are rigorous, have good interpersonal skills and a keen sense of organization.
• You ideally have 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• You have very good technical know-how.
• Habilitation in low voltage electricity.
• Position with technical on-call duties.
