In our workshops, you will have the following tasks:

• Perform a diagnosis of breakdowns (electrical, electronic or mechanical) according to their level of competence,
• Ensure the requested interventions on vehicles (repair, maintenance) in strict compliance with the repair order,
• Document and order spare parts,
• Perform additional checks before returning to the customer,
• Perform vehicle tests according to the establishment's "tester" list,
• Get involved in achieving the service objectives,
• Ensure the quality of the tooling and the means entrusted to them,
• Participate in the daily briefing and the PRQ,
• Respect hygiene (waste sorting, tidiness and cleanliness) and safety rules.

• Respect and enforce safety instructions on site, setting an example and showing good respect for the rules,
• Use collective protection equipment,
• Wear personal protective equipment,
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of your workstation.

In case of any malfunctions or non-compliance with the code of ethics detected, the mechanic is required to report the information to their hierarchy.

Recommended training: BEP to professional bac (mechanic, bac pro MAVA). Knowledge: knowledge of the automotive after-sales sector, mastery of Renault IT systems.
