• Position:
  Janitor (Full‑time)
• Location:
  
  China Spring Independent School District – 7301 North River Crossing, China Spring, TX 76633 (Openings at other district locations available)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday, full‑time, hours may vary; full and part‑time with flexibility to meet scheduling needs
• Pay: $12.75 per hour
• Requirements:
  Minimum six months prior janitorial experience; background check required
• Application:

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans
• Dust and damp‑mop floors following approved procedures
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return furniture to correct placement
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces; follow the eight‑step cleaning procedure
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Identify areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinish floors; shampoo carpet
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
• Perform other duties as assigned
