Location: Liverpool
Student Roost in Liverpool is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across city sites. This full-time role is 37.5 hours over 5 days a week, with shifts between 8am and 8pm to cover operational needs.
You will be the central point of escalation for maintenance in the city, manage caretakers, coordinate with Estates and Health and Safety, and drive compliance and preventive maintenance across properties.
