Maintain outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintain restaurant equipment;
Filter oil fryers daily;
Maintain outside grounds;
Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms;
Unload delivery trucks two times a week;
Take out and empty trash, clean compactor;
Change light bulbs; clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
