Maintenance Lead
What You’ll Be Doing- Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for plant equipment, mobile equipment, conveyors, crushers, and processing systems.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and prioritize repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and work order completion to maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to support production goals and planned shutdowns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience maintaining industrial, quarry, or heavy equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and mechanical systems.
