Hourly – Hourly Plan, $15.00 USD

Full‑time and part‑time positions available – Day/Evening/Night shifts available
Job Description
Responsibilities- Perform routine and preventive maintenance and repair procedures on all hospital buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems.
- Perform repairs and provide support for plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions.
- Perform minor and major repairs and preventive maintenance on all building mechanical equipment and plant facilities.
- Conduct a variety of plumbing, maintenance, and carpentry functions.
- Clean and inspect boilers; evaluate water treatment for proper chemical usage.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists of building maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
- Practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
- GED or high school diploma.
- Preferred:
Maintenance experience (plumbing, carpenter, construction, facilities management).
- Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift.
- Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lbs.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift.
- Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job (hand and power tools, electric meters, and material‑handling equipment).
Applicants must pass a background check, drug screen, and provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S. Many healthcare facilities require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption in place.
