Dominium Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sylvia at South Broadway, a 222 unit apartment community in Joshua, TX. You will be responsible for maintaining the general appearance and upkeep of the property, creating a positive living experience for residents.
Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs, completing maintenance work requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing vacant units for new residents. Candidates should have 1 - 2 years of maintenance experience and basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
