Location: Starbase
SpaceX in Starbase, Texas, seeks an experienced Supervisor, Welding to lead a team of about 30 technicians and welders on Starship programs. You will oversee daily schedules, workflow, and provide expert welding support to engineers and production, driving quality and safety on the floor.
The role requires strong leadership, hands-on welding knowledge (GTAW/FCAW/GMAW), ability to read drawings and weld symbols per AWS codes, and collaboration with management.
