Club Corp - - Responsibilities:
Maintain carpets by vacuuming and spot cleaning; sweep/mop/polish floors including courts, exercise rooms, lobby, restrooms, and hallways;
Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, desks, and fixtures; clean HVAC registers and other surfaces;
Ensure daily assignments are completed to club standards and organize work areas;
Perform or coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings);
Maintain a preventive maintenance/checklist schedule and coordinate with supervisor on work requests
