Job DescriptionWork under the supervision of the Custodial Supervisor at the assigned campus. Coordinate campus custodial operations. Establish and follow routine cleaning and maintenance procedures to maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of building operations and grounds. Take direction from the campus principal, as needed, to facilitate events and functions. Evaluate assigned custodians on a regular basis.

Position TypeFull-Time
Qualifications- Minimum of three years custodial experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Training in management/supervision preferred
- Ability to understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Ability to maintain an accurate inventory of all campus supplies
- Ability to maintain accurate attendance and personnel records
- Must be able to submit accurate timesheets
- Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building and grounds maintenance
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment
- Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies
- Ability to manage personnel
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
