Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities:
Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, and parking areas to maximize curb appeal.;
Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.;
Assist in the preparation of market-ready units and cleaning common areas.;
Respond to property emergencies such as snow removal and other inclement weather events.;
Interact professionally with current and prospective residents and uphold confidentiality; report maintenance and life-safety issues.
