Perform routine and preventative maintenance on Distribution Center building;
Inspect and maintain dock equipment and building systems;
Assist in installation, maintenance, repair and construction tasks in building trades;
Perform grounds keeping and clean/maintain warehouse areas;
Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly safety checks
