Maintenance Supervisor

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a high-speed beverage manufacturing plant. You will plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines, packaging, and facility systems to maximize uptime and ensure safety. Responsibilities include scheduling work, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating vendors, managing parts inventory, and enforcing OSHA and company safety standards.

You'll drive continuous improvement, coach team members, and partner with operations to support production goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in a manufacturing facility
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production and packaging equipment
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Coordinate external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
• Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory levels
• Use CMMS to track work orders, downtime, and maintenance history
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with operations to meet production and uptime goals
• Train and coach team members on equipment, procedures, and safety
