Maintenance Supervisor

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities in a fast-paced manufacturing plant. You will oversee a team of technicians, prioritize and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance, and ensure production equipment operates safely and reliably. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, managing parts inventory, coordinating with operations to minimize downtime, enforcing safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in a manufacturing plant
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Minimize production downtime through effective coordination with operations
• Manage maintenance records and work orders using a CMMSMonitor and control maintenance budgets, parts, and inventory
• Coordinate work with vendors and contractors as needed
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance team members
• Drive continuous improvement in reliability, safety, and equipment performance
