Maintenance Manager

Target Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead facilities and asset maintenance at our remote workforce and lodging sites. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems, managing a team of technicians to ensure safe, reliable operations. Responsibilities include scheduling, vendor coordination, inventory control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will troubleshoot issues, prioritize work orders, manage maintenance budgets, and support capital projects.

This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, service-focused, and safety-driven environment at remote accommodations locations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Supervise maintenance technicians, assign work orders, and ensure quality and timely completion.
• Implement and manage a CMMS or work order system for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and capital projects.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all facilities.
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and prioritize repairs.
• Support start-up, shutdown, and refurbishment of remote lodging and workforce housing sites.
• Develop and enforce maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Train staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance standards.
