Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Complete work orders and preventive maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs;
Prepare vacant apartments for leasing through make-ready process including pre-move-out inspection and punch list;
Track inventory and obtain materials, coordinate with maintenance supervisor on reordering;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning and painting tasks
