Job DescriptionQuality Janitorial and Restoration Service is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a versatile worker that can adapt well and thrive in various environments.
Responsibility :Report to Janitorial and/or Repairs Department managers daily for assigned tasks.
Janitorial Aspect of Position:- You will be performing specialty cleaning jobs.
- Fill in for janitorial personnel during times of absence.
- Floor technician experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Will be asked to offload incoming freight.
- Load and unload equipment for repairs and rentals.
- Clean equipment for repairs and rentals.
- Clean and stock shelves.
- Move and organize inventory items.
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs
- Be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude
- Great attendance
