• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid US driver’s license with a clean abstract
• Ability to speak, read, and write English and perform basic math
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills
• Ability to read and interpret pipeline maps, technical drawings, and schematics
• Familiarity with PHMSA and OSHA regulations
• Outstanding safety record
• Ability to complete company Haz-Mat training, DOT operator qualifications, and mandatory safety training
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather and physically demanding conditions
• Compliance with drug and alcohol policy, including pre-employment screening
• Cleared criminal history and satisfactory reference checks
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
