• High School diploma/GED or equivalent relevant work experience
• 1 year general laborer experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview
• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE
• Must be able to travel 10%-20%

• Direct daily shift operations and manage the frontline crew
• Monitor product consistency in real-time
• Conduct daily safety tailgates and enforce PPE
• Lead the shift crew in daily inspections and mechanical troubleshooting
• Fill out accurate daily shift production summaries and record equipment downtime
