Buildings Housekeeper - Temporary
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning public areas to the established cleanliness standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and a safe environment for guests, associates, property owners, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain cleanliness of Hilltop Lakes buildings for a safe and pleasant experience.
- Clean windows, doors, walls, closets, and fixtures, in public areas, and hallways.
- Clean toilets, sinks, and mirrors for sanitary for guest in public restrooms and associates' restrooms.
- Replace amenities; such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Wash hard floor areas (linoleum, tile, etc.) to remove dirt.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and wall hangings.
- Vacuum public areas, offices, and hallways.
- Ensure all lights are working properly and report any safety concerns or maintenance needed to management.
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This role is vital for maintaining cleanliness and providing a welcoming environment for all guest, associates, property owners and vendors.
