Billingsley Company is searching for a Groundskeeper to join our luxury class A multifamily property. This role is crucial in ensuring the grounds are kept clean and debris-free.
Job Responsibilities- Ensure the property grounds are well kept and clean
- Maintain gardening and weeding
- Assist with keeping the maintenance shop organized and adequately supplied
- Completion of assigned service request in a timely manner
- Rotation of after hours on-call schedule, including weekends
- Adherence to company safety standards
- High School Diploma or equivalency preferred
- 1-year work related experience, as porter or laborer, in a multi-family environment
- Ability to work weekends
- Basic computer skills (including email, word, and excel)
- Positive attitude promoting team work
- Punctual, dependable, self-starter
- Ability to multi task
