Pay Range: $22.10 - 27.40 Hourly
The position follows a rotating 12-hour schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.Workdays and days off rotate weekly, providing employees with a three-day weekend every other week.

Job Duties:A Day in the Life
- Replace:
Lights and ballasts in fluorescent fixtures while upgrading to higher efficiency retrofit. - Repair:
Plumbing fixtures, unclog drains and maintain plumbing systems. - Preform:
Corrective, routine and requisitioned repairs of minor problems with mechanical and HVAC systems. - Collaborate:
Maintain routine records of all inspections, maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system, within a computer based management system. - Support:
Maintain mechanical rooms and equipment.

Qualifications:Can You Check These Boxes?
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience
- Technical or trade school classes in related field
- Basic carpentry skills and electrical knowledge preferred
- Knowledge and observance of safety precautions
- knowledge of how to use and maintain power tools, hand tools and equipment
- Painting skills and plumbing knowledge preferred
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
