ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance staff and ensure the high standards of our Florida communities. You will coordinate repairs, safety programs, and preventive maintenance to keep apartment homes in top condition.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance with strong supervisory skills, CPO and EPA certifications (or willingness to obtain within six months), and the ability to read schematics and operate testing tools.
