We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support our C’treat business located in The Woodlands, TX
. The Field Service Technician will provide support to our customers as well as consulting services for both internal and external customers in the area. The Field Service Technician will report potential business opportunities and deliver services and solutions to our customers. Maintain compliance with all established Environmental, Safety & Health policies and procedures. Must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and delivering results.

May include:

• Responsible for start-up and commissioning of packaged equipment.
• Responsible for trouble shooting customer systems and equipment.
• Responsible for supporting warranty issues, as they arise.
• Supports technical training efforts for sales agents and customers.
• Provides technical support for our authorized service representatives.
• Complete formal technical field reports, time sheets, JSAs, and expense reports for each field assignment.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Extensive travel >80%
