Team Lead, Maintenance​/Cleaning

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Team Lead to initiate the Secure Automated Batch Record Entry Project to digitize physical records housed in regional and parish offices statewide. In addition to scanning responsibilities, the Team Lead will oversee a small group of traveling document specialists, coordinate daily assignments, ensure scanning quality and consistency, and serve as the primary point of contact for regional office staff.

The role includes monitoring progress against project timelines, escalating issues that may impact workflow or data integrity, and strong organizational and communication skills are essential. Occasional travel may be required and will be covered. During oversight of regional projects, team leads will be reimbursed for mileage over 1 hour or 50 miles from the region they support, at the standard mileage reimbursement rate for Louisiana ($0.70 per mile).

Intermediate Level

This is a Contract position based out of Thibodaux, LA.

The pay range is $20.00 – $20.00 per hour.
