B&D Contracting in Thibodaux, LA is seeking an experienced 1st Class 6GR Welder for shipyard outside New Construction work. The role requires willingness to work 40–50 hours and passing a 6GR welders’ test. On-site, dayshift, full-time position with drug screening required.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of 6GR welding experience and possess welding tools. Industrial/fabrication experience and strong safety knowledge are preferred, with reliability and attendance emphasized.
