Hours: 8 hours/day (Currently 2:00 p.m.

- 10:30 p.m. Specific shift time subject to change at the discretion of the Building and Grounds Manager based upon need)

Duties: Training and supervision of cleaners. Set up and tear down for school activities per building schedule. Maintain school buildings and grounds. Performs maintenance/repairs including, but not limited to, heating, plumbing and electrical assignments. Specific assignments to be determined at the discretion of the Manager of Building and Grounds and may vary based upon need.

Requirements: Must have (or be able to obtain within 6 months) boilers license; knowledge and ability to safely operate maintenance equipment; good background in floor maintenance, carpentry, electrical, heating and general maintenance. Preference given to candidate with demonstrated successful supervision experience.

Pay/Benefits:

• $20.66-$23.63/hour
