Maintenance-Evening Shift

Job Title

Hours:

8 hours/day (Currently 2:00 p.m.

- 10:30 p.m. Specific shift time subject to change at the discretion of the Building and Grounds Manager based upon need)

Duties:

• Training and supervision of cleaners.
• Set up and tear down for school activities per building schedule.
• Maintain school buildings and grounds.
• Performs maintenance/repairs including, but not limited to, heating, plumbing and electrical assignments.
• Specific assignments to be determined at the discretion of the Manager of Building and Grounds and may vary based upon need.

Requirements:

• Must have (or be able to obtain within 6 months) boilers license; knowledge and ability to safely operate maintenance equipment; good background in floor maintenance, carpentry, electrical, heating and general maintenance.
• Preference given to candidate with demonstrated successful supervision experience.
