Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Farview Apartments in Thomaston, GA. This role oversees all facility maintenance, coordinates on-site repairs of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and trains maintenance staff to ensure quality work across the property.
Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of maintenance experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and prior multifamily exposure.
