Facilities Management Manager – ENG Primary Care/Clinic Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited technical school or equivalent, majoring in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, electronics, and refrigeration.
• Ten years’ experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical trades.

• Knowledge of maintenance in plumbing, electrical, minor electronics and controls, heating/ventilation and air conditioning, general type carpentry, and general maintenance of ceilings, floors, wall repairs, doors, and door hardware.
• Good working knowledge of JCAHO requirements and understanding of the Life Safety code.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and oversee Facility Technicians.
• Directs, manages, and supervises the PMI program.
• Coordinating demand and PMI maintenance work at assigned facilities.
