** What You'll Do*
* + Assist with basic fabrication and welding tasks using FCAW and GMAW methods

+ Read and follow simple blueprints and work instructions

+ Use hand and power tools (grinders, chipping hammers, etc.) safely and effectively

+ Help prep, fit, and clean materials for welding

+ Maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards)

+ Follow all safety and quality procedures

+ Track work hours and job activity in the company system (SAP or similar)

+ Support team members to complete jobs on time and to standard

** What Makes You a Good Fit*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ 0-2 years of experience (shop class or welding school counts)

+ Basic understanding of welding processes (FCAW/GMAW preferred)

+ Ability to read simple blueprints or willingness to learn

+ Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

+ Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
