Cleaning TechnicianSERVPRO

Job Summary

SERVPRO is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to perform cleaning and restoration services related to mold, fire, biohazard, and post-construction cleaning projects. These conditions often require detailed deep cleaning, disinfecting, deodorization, and contents cleaning to restore properties safely and professionally. Team members must be comfortable working in challenging environments while delivering excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Load and unload vehicles with equipment, tools, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain clean vehicles, equipment, and work areas.
• Perform detailed cleaning services for mold, fire, biohazard, and post-construction projects.
• Clean, disinfect, and deodorize affected structures and contents.
• HEPA vacuum and wipe surfaces using approved cleaning products and EPA-registered disinfectants.
• Clean and maintain restoration equipment and tools.
• Properly bag and dispose of debris and used consumables.
• Follow all company safety policies and report hazards immediately.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Complete end-of-day and jobsite cleanup.
• Follow the company on-call policy.

Qualifications

• Cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, restoration, or environmental cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
