Bringing Home the DoughFacilities Maintenance Technicians support and maintain the facility/infrastructure systems by ensuring they remain in optimal working condition with safety and quality standards being a top priority. They must possess a technical mindset and demonstrate strong mechanical capabilities, while being flexible and adaptable as they will be required to rotate job assignments throughout various areas in and outside of the bakery. Facility Maintenance Technicians must have the aptitude and drive to seek and acquire on‑going training due to ever evolving technological improvements and performance standards.

Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and troubleshoot all facility/infrastructure systems, including but not limited to boilers, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (as applicable), and facility process cooling systems
- Perform minor facility repairs and general maintenance for insulation, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and overall building needs, including but not limited to minor carpentry work and painting
- Maintain vendor relationships for general facility maintenance
- Oversee all building and grounds upkeep, including but not limited to sprinkler system and fire suppression system
- Use SAP software for parts checkout, reporting, and general data entry
- Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
- Perform other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
- Possess or attain licenses required by their respective municipal, county/ward or state regulatory agencies to work with boilers, refrigeration components and various other job‑related equipment
Daily Requirements are:
- Must be able to operate hand and power tools and other equipment and material used in building maintenance. Must be able to stand, stoop, squat, bend, reach and hold for extended periods while performing duties. Must be able to pick up, hold and move building and maintenance items weighing up to 75 pounds. Must be able to enter, drive, and exit vehicle(s) used by Engineering Department.

Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years in building trade preferred. Thoroughly familiar with all aspects of building maintenance (those areas not maintained by Engineering Department Personnel).

Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency and
- Vocational/Technical training in such areas as carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical wiring, floor covering, hvac, industrial equipment repairs, etc., or equivalent on‑the‑job training and experience.
Salary Range- $21.36 hourly
