Maintenance Custodian Associate – Sam's Club – Thornton, CO

Base pay: $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Are you ready to help shape a member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression? As a Maintenance Associate you maintain parking lots, restrooms, floors, ensuring a safe, clean environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps.
• Clean all areas of the Facility—floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles—using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, rotating and storing them properly, and placing orders when inventory is low.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary, and maintaining a positive attitude.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable and thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Physically able to work an entire shift on your feet in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong focus on member satisfaction and positive customer experience.
