Position: Service Supervisor Hadley Apartments New Thornton, CO

The Red Peak Service Supervisor plays a key role in keeping their Red Peak community running smoothly, safely, and beautifully. This leader oversees all aspects of property maintenance— from preventative care and service requests to safety compliance and contractor management—ensuring every community reflects Red Peak's high standards.

In this role, you’ll take a proactive, solutions‑focused approach to identifying needs, improving processes, and developing on‑site service talent. You’ll partner closely with other departments, streamline operations, and drive efficiency, all while creating great experiences for residents and team members.

Pay and Location
Pay: $29 - $34 per hour plus bonus potential. Pay is based on experience.

Location: 140 apartment homes at 501 E 102nd Avenue, Thornton.

Education, Certifications and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily property management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and EPA Section 608 Type II (Universal preferred).
  • Proven experience supervising and leading maintenance teams.
  • Basic computer and communication skills.
